 Details
Many top garden retailers have a very poor record on promoting the extraction of peat from some of the finest wildlife habitats in the country (see news for 26th April 2004). The Wildlife Trusts have just re-launched a leaflet called Where to buy peat-free products 2004.

You can obtain a copy by sending an A5 SAE to: The Wildlife Trusts UK office, The Kiln, Waterside, Mather Road, Newark NG24 1WT, or by visiting their website.
